1. Nature of Services

Odiserv provides digital services including:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Social Media Management
  • Graphics Designing
  • Branding Solutions
  • Photography & Videography
  • Audio & Video Production
  • SEO & Advertising Services
  • Creative & Promotional Content

As these services are customized and digitally delivered, refund eligibility is limited.


2. Advance Payments

  • All advance payments made for project booking, consultation, development, designing, marketing, production, or creative work are generally non-refundable.
  • Advance payments help reserve project schedules, resources, and working hours.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may only be considered under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases

  • Project has not been started.
  • Duplicate payment made accidentally.
  • Payment made but service cannot be delivered due to internal limitations.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Design or development work has already started.
  • Marketing campaigns have been initiated.
  • Creative concepts or drafts have been shared.
  • Video/audio editing work has begun.
  • Social media content has been created or scheduled.
  • Delay is caused by lack of client response, missing content, or approval delays.
  • Client changes mind after work initiation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services before project initiation.

Once a project enters:

  • Design Phase
  • Development Phase
  • Production Phase
  • Marketing Execution
  • Editing Process

the cancellation request may not qualify for a refund.

Odiserv reserves the right to cancel any service in cases involving:

  • Misuse of services
  • Abusive behavior
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of laws or platform policies
  • Non-payment of dues

5. Revision & Support

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction through reasonable revisions based on agreed project scope.

Additional revisions or changes beyond the approved scope may require extra charges.


6. Payment Gateway & Transaction Issues

Online payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways including Razorpay.

In case of failed transactions where payment is deducted but service order is not confirmed:

  • Customers should contact their bank/payment provider first.
  • If payment is received by Odiserv, necessary support will be provided.

7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment method and banking provider.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment source whenever possible.

8. No Physical Shipping

Odiserv provides digital services only.
No physical products are shipped.
